Help

Quick answers about signing in, joining, billing and sessions. If yours is not here, write to info@raisinggreats.com.

Signing in

Why is there no password?

Enter your email on the sign-in page and we email you a Sign in button and a six-digit code. Press the button, or type the code, and you are in. Nothing to remember, and nothing for anyone to guess.

The email has not arrived

Give it a minute, then check your spam and promotions folders for an email from Raising Greats. Still nothing? Go back to sign in and ask again. Each link works once and for about an hour, so always use the newest one.

It says there is no membership for my email

That email has not joined yet. Check the spelling, or try the other address you might have used. If you are new, choose a plan to join.

Joining

Pick a plan on the plans page, tell us a little about you and your family, confirm your email, then pay securely with Stripe. It takes about two minutes. Annual plans cost less than paying monthly.

Only want one expert session? Book a single session from the plans page, no membership needed. It is the live webinar only, without the recording, and is non-refundable within 2 days of the session. Tribe includes every session with its recording.

Billing and cancelling

Everything is in Settings › Billing: your plan and next renewal, your card, and every invoice as a PDF.

  • Change plan to move between plans, or from monthly to annual.
  • Update card opens a secure Stripe form. Do this if a payment has failed.
  • Cancel plan stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume before then.

The full rules, including refunds, are in our terms.

Sessions and events

Open Events, pick a session, and reply to say you are going. Times are shown in your own time zone, and you can add a session to your calendar. Recordings of past sessions appear in each space’s Replays, for members whose plan includes that space.

Posting and the community

Post, reply and react in any space your plan opens. Before you share anything about a child, read our community guidelines.

Something not working, or an idea? Use Send feedback from the menu in the community; it goes straight to our team.

The shop

Books and merch are in the community’s Shop. If your plan includes a member discount, the code is shown there and is applied when you buy.

About Raising Greats

When does the next cohort start?

The next cohort opens on 1 November. Places are capped so every family gets a real welcome, so choose a plan now to hold yours.

Do I need to be a parent?

No. Guardians, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers and mentors are all welcome. If you show up for a child, you belong here.

What is the Founding Village?

The first families to join Raising Greats. They help shape the sessions and resources in year one, and keep the Founding Village badge on their profile for good.

What age are the children?

From 0 to 18. Sessions and resources are tagged by age so you only see what fits your child right now.

Is it for all families?

Yes. Raising Greats is open to every family, whatever your country, race or background, and whether your child is at a state or private school. It was founded by Kike Agoro.

Is this a parenting class?

No. It is a practical, research-backed and expert-informed community. You learn from people who have done it, and from each other.

What is the six-dimension framework?

Every session, resource and activity maps to one of six dimensions: leaders, innovators, go-getters, thinkers, empathetic kids and all-rounders. Together they cover the skills a classroom rarely has time for.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans cancel anytime from Settings, and you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment and cost 20% less.

Can I buy a single session?

Yes. If you are not a member, you can pay £30 once to attend any one expert webinar live. It does not include the recording, and it is non-refundable within 2 days of the session. Tribe, at £30 a month, includes every session with its recording and the cheat sheets.
